The Israeli cuisine cafe Jaffa is located on the busiest street in Saratov — Pyotr Stolypin Avenue, in the courtyard of a house with a history: there used to be a pawnshop here. This helped us in creating the necessary atmosphere inside the hummus bar — the atmosphere of the Israeli ranyk. To do this, it was only necessary to remove the entire “remake”, revealing the original walls and ceilings, and add modern details.
