About the Project

Tritonia is a Mediterranean restaurant in Saratov.

The space unfolds gradually.

Open tables alternate with more secluded sofa areas, creating a sense of privacy. The bar remains the central point, around which the entire flow is organised.

The main feature is the ceiling with wave-like panels. It defines the character of the space and makes it instantly recognisable.

Green sofas soften the interior, while brass and wood add depth. Lighting brings the zones together and creates a more intimate atmosphere.

The result is a space that works for the evening — a place where you naturally want to stay longer.
