About the Project

An apartment designed for a young woman. We were given a space with strong potential and an inspiring client — a successful, stylish woman with an active lifestyle. Her main request was simple: a home where she could truly unwind.

Layout

The layout was largely defined by the original geometry — an elongated rectangle with windows at both ends.

We organised the space clearly and logically, avoiding corridors and making use of every part of the apartment. There are no wasted square metres. To the right of the entrance is the private block, including the bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, and a bathroom enclosed in a glass cube. To the left, an open-plan living and kitchen area.

Concept

The colour palette is natural, built around the textures of wood and marble.

Most of the apartment — walls and ceilings — is finished in a single neutral light tone, allowing the materials to stand out. The restrained, monochrome palette without bright accents creates a calm atmosphere for rest.

A key element is the kitchen island, designed specifically for this project and finished in large-format ceramic. It reads almost like a contemporary sculpture within the space. All kitchen appliances are concealed to keep the space visually clean — the extractor, for example, is integrated into the cooktop.

Lighting was carefully considered as well: despite a minimal number of ceiling fixtures, the apartment remains bright in the evening.
